The Fuller CV offers a huge range of CV and employment document services, which you can pick and choose from as needed. Whilst some of its prices have increased slightly more recently, its high end services have generally dropped significantly in price, making TheFullerCV much better value for money if you’re looking for a professional senior CV writing package.
A quick glance at the prices quoted in this review will show you just how many different services are provided by TheFullerCV.com. There are dozens of options, ranging from basic CVs or cover letters to telephone consultations and corporate career services. As such, they should be able to cater for most needs.
Many previous clients have been very satisfied with the CV and services provided, instilling some confidence in the company overall. They also offer interest free installment plans if you feel that you may be unable to pay your bill all at once. This is particularly helpful because many clients won’t have a job when they need the documents, so it shows they have an understanding of your situation and are willing to help you out.
As well as individual documents and packages, the site also offers support for professionals and corporations. This includes consultation sessions, or simply advice on how to better improve your CV. A free CV review is available, and a range of careers advice can be accessed without charge.
TheFullerCV.com’s careers advice pages are worth a visit. They include a video on how to “get the perfect CV2", plus a CV-writing ebook, a range of aptitude tests, plus a bounty of free articles and links to other useful websites. The site offers information on what a CV for a particular industry might entail, plus a list of memberships and associations within that industry. This is particularly useful if you’re entering a new career and you aren’t exactly sure what your CV should include.
Whilst the variety of CVs and packages on offer is admirable, prices have increased on some of the lower-end options. Even so, they’re affordable and fair. This site might be of more interest to you, however, if you’re applying for a highly paid position. CV prices have dropped to around half in some cases, if you’re applying to jobs with salaries over around £80,000. Some of the consultancy fees are also lower than they once were, meaning that you can get discounted professional support to help secure a job.
Another improvement to this site is that they’ve eradicated (or so severely cut that we didn’t notice) outsider advertising on their pages. The site is much easier to navigate, their prices are transparent and the differences between services is clear. They’re not attempting to pull the wool over your eyes, especially since they provide links to other CV writing websites and offer you good explanations of the CVs they produce for different purposes.
We think that The Fuller CV will appeal most to anyone who is applying for a highly paid professional position, especially since the high end services are now largely discounted. However, they still have something for everyone, and although prices can be a little high at times, you can spread the cost over time.
