I needed a professional touch to my CV. After reading the reviews on No1 reviews.com I asked for a few free reviews of my CV. Lots of different prices and lots of different services. Fullers was far too expensive with little to back it up. Others where very copy and paste in their reply. The CV store however had a very professional reply and at the bottom of the email a certain Lee added "Should you have any questions, I can be contacted on the number below." As it happens I did have a point to make clear but after numerous telephone calls including 1 by appointment. And after leaving my number with the receptionist 3 times (who promised me a callback) I eventually gave up. If Mr Lee is such a busy person why does he say "Should you have any questions, I can be contacted on the number below." He could easily say "contact my team" or even nothing for what it is worth. Anyway I had my CV professionally "polished" by CV center and I am very pleased with their work, turnaround and telephone assistance.
In summary, I would not recommend The CV Store to a friend.
