Do not use this company, I paid £70.00 for two CVs to be drafted, not only was it punctuated with multiple spelling mistakes it was incomplete! Looking back through these reviews I wish I had listened to other previous 1 star rating reviews as they are the most accurate from my experience. Do not use this company use an alternative! Not only will you get the service you pay for but you will not have to deal with the request for a refund! (I will up date with information about length of time for refund and amount once this has occurred)

In summary, I would not recommend CV Lizard to a friend.

Need a brand new CV and ordered with CV lizard (cost £59.99). The CV is written by Lauren Elizabeth. Look like CV lizard is using prewritten format. Sent email requested her to make some changes. She emailed back together with exactly the same CV except removed one word. She claimed that she had changed everything what I asked for.... Unbelievable.... Shocking..

The quality is very poor. Spend your money somewhere else people unless you want to waste them...

AVOID..

In summary, I would not recommend CV Lizard to a friend.

Spelling grammar, the basics were all wrong. They even had my number incorrect which just shows it's a copy and paste, guessing they even farm out to have the CV created.

Rip off, spelling and grammar mistakes in a professionally written CV? not to mention the content was useless. Avoid. If anyone would like to see first hand give me your email and I will forward it on from Orlando Richards at CV lizards email address. You can make up your own mind.

In summary, I would not recommend CV Lizard to a friend.

Terrible customer service. I submitted an order with them during first week of September, but haven't received my order yet! Almost seven weeks have passed. All they sent me was a revised version of the CV which was not good at all. I submitted all the comments and suggestions on this first iteration, but have never heard from them anymore. Moreover, a part of the order was modifying my LinkedIn profile and that part they have never even tried to deliver. Unprofessional service without any kind of acceptable client approach. Please think ten times before submitting an order with them! The most disgusting part is that I've contacted their customer support for 4 or five times and every time (Lauren is the name of the contact point) they promised to do their best to speed the process and force Orlando Richards (the person in charge of my order) to deliver the order asap, but they failed to do that.

In summary, I would not recommend CV Lizard to a friend.
