Terrible customer service. I submitted an order with them during first week of September, but haven't received my order yet! Almost seven weeks have passed. All they sent me was a revised version of the CV which was not good at all. I submitted all the comments and suggestions on this first iteration, but have never heard from them anymore. Moreover, a part of the order was modifying my LinkedIn profile and that part they have never even tried to deliver. Unprofessional service without any kind of acceptable client approach. Please think ten times before submitting an order with them! The most disgusting part is that I've contacted their customer support for 4 or five times and every time (Lauren is the name of the contact point) they promised to do their best to speed the process and force Orlando Richards (the person in charge of my order) to deliver the order asap, but they failed to do that.
In summary, I would not recommend CV Lizard to a friend.
